Because the right support turns challenges
I began my career in the fascinating world of Human Resources, after starting out as a translator.
Driven by a thirst for learning, a strong work ethic, and a deep ambition, I joined my first Executive Committee at the age of 32, then continued to rise through the ranks internationally within major corporations—always reaching higher, always going further.
At the head of teams of up to 120 people, I had the privilege of working alongside inspiring leaders and exceptional talents…
But I also witnessed people in distress—individuals stuck in environments that no longer aligned with their aspirations.
One question has always fascinated me:
What drives each of us to get up in the morning, to thrive — or on the contrary, to slowly fade away?
In 2020, I decided to give my life a new direction: I left the comfort of corporate life, purchased and managed a boutique hotel in southern Sicily, and embarked on a rigorous three-year coaching certification program.
This entrepreneurial adventure was a remarkable success.
Within three years, we repositioned the hotel, quadrupled revenue, and built a solid team of 14 people.
Today, with this dual experience — as a business leader and as a human-centered coach — I’ve chosen to dedicate the second half of my career to supporting executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations in leading their own transformations.
