I had the privilege of spending around 9 months working alongside Bénédicte when she was our Transition HR Director at Circana. One of her missions was to manage the merger of our French entities from an HR point of view.

Bénédicte was always highly professional and demonstrated outstanding project management skills, with a strong capacity for problem solving. A true entrepreneur, she also had a talent for mobilising the team around her and beyond to achieve results, both locally and internationally.

Thanks to her rich and varied experience, she has been able to contribute in-depth strategic thinking. Her ability to step back when necessary has been invaluable to our Executive Committee in complex situations.
